Refund policy

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. The following terminology applies:

“You”, “Your” and “Yourself” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Our Terms and Conditions.
“Our”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Custom Performance Wiring Services.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both You and Us, or either You or Us.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate a return of the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, and not damaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
